In addition to the traditional bibliographic service in general and specialized reading rooms, the Internet center, equipped with 20 workbenches, provides free access to national and world information resources presented on the Internet, and also access to email.
The Internet center also provides additional paid services, according to the Price List of the National Library of Belarus:
- text processing in OpenOffice, Microsoft Office;
- processing files stored on personal electronic media;
- black-and-white and color printing from the Internet and personal electronic media (format A-4, A-3);
- black-and-white and color photocopy of samples from the library stock and personal documents (format A-4, A-3);
- black and white and color scanning of samples from the library stock and personal documents (format A-4, A-3).
On every second and fourth Thursday of a month, at 17.30, free trainings on computer basic skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, the Internet) for first-time users are held at the Press Centre (room 308).
The opening hours of the Internet center correspond to the opening hours of the Library.
