The reading room provides services to PhD holders.

The reading room delivers documents from the main library stock and provides access to the deposit collection and electronic information resources.

Deposit collection

The deposit collection includes more than 300 encyclopedias and reference books on all fields of knowledge. The collection is available to all readers.

Access to electronic resources

• Electronic resources of the National Library of Belarus:
  • electronic catalog;
  • subject databases "Belarus: from past to present", "Chernobyl", "The History of Belarus", "Culture and Art of Belarus";
  • electronic library of theses and abstracts;
  • electronic archive of national periodicals;
  • electronic library;
  • CD library.
• corporate databases;
• licensed electronic information resources;
• the Internet.

Additional services:

• photocopying and scanning of fragments of printed editions;
• copying of information from databases onto users’ data media;
• print of electronic information;

The opening hours of the reading room correspond to the opening hours of the Library.
