User Registration and Informing Department

Activities

The department is in charge of user registration, rendering of information service, paid services, retail trade and maintenance of the Children’s room.

Functions:

• user registration;
• providing prompt and qualitative information user service;
• prompt preparation and distribution of information materials in the Library’s departments;
• user training on how to use the electronic catalog;
• arranging the works related to paid services;
• taking care of preschool and primary-school age children, while their parants are visiting the library.

• scanning of pieces of documents from the collections of the Library;
• black-and-white photocopy of pieces of documents from the collections of the Library;
• printout of information from the user's carrier, photocopying, scanning of users’ documents;
• document binding with a plastic spring and on the device "Metalbind”;
• lamination of documents;
• arranging leisure time for the 3–10 years old children in the Children’s room of the parents who are users of the library.
