Terms and Conditions for visiting the Fitness center's Sauna

CHAPTER 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Terms and Conditions for visiting a Sauna at the fitness centre of the state institution "National Library of Belarus" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) were created in line with the Republic of Belarus's legislation and govern the process for providing Visitors with Sauna services (hereinafter referred to as the Visitors).

2. These guidelines are intended to make your stay enjoyable and prevent awkward situations and injury.

3. These Rules are mandatory for all Visitors, without exception, who are on the territory of the Sauna of the fitness centre (hereinafter referred to as the FOK).

4. Before utilising the services, Visitors must read these Rules. Payment for services, whether in cash or another form of payment, signifies acceptance of these Rules and familiarity with them.

5. The fact that a fiscal receipt is received indicates that the Visitors have read, understand, and agree to all of the rules.

The duty for adhering to these guidelines falls on each Sauna Visitors individually when a group of people is attending.

6. Payment by the Visitors is made according to the Price List of paid services provided by the state institution "National Library of Belarus".

7. These Rules are posted on the information table and kept in the administrator's information folder.

8. The National Library of Belarus' administration (hence referred to as the Library) reserves the power to announce holidays throughout the year. Information about the end of a Sauna's shift or changes to its schedule are accessible at the administrator's office and are displayed in advance on the information stand.

9. Once they have paid for the service, Visitors are escorted by the administrator to the Sauna.

10. Visitors are required to follow the established rules and conduct themselves in a way that respects the service staff. Avoid taking any acts that endanger other people.

11. The Visitors has the right to remain in the Sauna area for the duration of the paid time.

12. Persons over the age of 18 have the right to use a Sauna on their own. Minors are only permitted to use the Sauna when accompanied by an adult.

13. People with heart disease, high blood pressure, blood vessel disease, internal organ inflammation, high fever, thyroid disease, epilepsy, pregnant women, people under the influence of alcohol or other substances that lower bodily activity, as well as people taking medications that cause drowsiness, swelling, high or low blood pressure, are not advised to use the Sauna.

14. Visitors can write their comments and recommendations in the Book of comments and suggestions, which is accessible in the Library administrator's office (central entrance) and is supplied at the Visitors' request.

15. The Library Administration ensures that the Sauna services supplied satisfy the quality standards established for this sort of service, including safety, fire safety, and sanitary and epidemiological regulations.

CHAPTER 2
VISITORS RIGHTS

16. Use the Sauna in accordance with these Rules.

17. Use the Sauna only during the time period set by the Library.

18. Inform the Library administration about any shortcomings in the Sauna, poor quality of service, and express their desire to improve its operation.

19. Use individual storage cabinets located in the locker room and metal cabinets with sections to keep things secure.

20. Pay for services given according to the guidelines outlined in these Rules.

CHAPTER 3
VISITORS DUTIES

21. Sauna Visitors must read these Rules before visiting it.

22. Follow the laws of public order, treat staff and other guests with respect, and refrain from acting in a way that endangers the lives and health of others.

23. Follow all safety precautions, fire safety rules, and sanitary and hygienic requirements when using the Sauna.

24. Keep things tidy and in order. Wear suitable shoes (slates, beach slippers) in the Sauna rooms to meet your individual hygiene needs.

25. Alert the administrator to any circumstances or items that could endanger the safety of anyone using the Sauna.

26. Watch how long you spend in the Sauna.

27. To enter the pool bowl, use a ladder. You must descend carefully while holding to the railing.

28. Visitors are required to protect and preserve the Sauna's property.

29. Follow the evacuation procedures to leave the Sauna immediately in case of emergency situations of any kind.

CHAPTER 4
VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED

30. Users are prohibited from entering the Sauna premises while intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or hazardous substances, or while under the effect of psychotropic intoxicants.

31. Smoking, bringing in outside items, and drinking alcohol are not permitted in the Sauna rooms.

32. Bring explosive, fire-hazardous, flammable, toxic and strongly smelling substances, cutting, piercing objects, glass containers, any types of firearms, gas and cold weapons, as well as soiling objects.

33. Enter service and technical rooms, at the reception desk.

34. Adjust any engineering and technical equipment independently.

35. Visit a Sauna with an external appearance that does not comply with generally accepted sanitary and personal hygiene rules.

36. Fill the pool with water, oils, and other substances, as well as the Sauna stove.

37. Use brooms.

38. Come to the Sauna with animals.

39. Violate the norms of public order.

40. Engage in activities that could harm the property inside the Sauna premises.

41. Take the FOK’s personal belongings out of the Sauna.

42. Apply body lotions, scrubs, and other cosmetics outside of showers in the Sauna area.

43. Visit the Sauna if you have a medical contraindication (skin, cardiovascular, venereal and other diseases that prevent visiting the Sauna).

44. Allow youngsters to use the Sauna and swimming pool unsupervised.

CHAPTER 5
VISITORS RESPONSIBILITY

45. Visitors to Saunas are financially and otherwise liable in accordance with the Republic of Belarus's present legal framework.

46. According to the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Belarus, theft of material values belonging to the owner of the Sauna or damage to its equipment and/or property are punishable by fines equal to the worth of the lost or stolen property and/or equipment.

47. Each person who uses the Sauna is personally liable for any negative effects that come from their ignorance of and/or disregard for these Rules. Visitors under the age of 18 are responsible for becoming acquainted with these Rules and ensuring their compliance by their parents, guardians, or other adult accompanying persons.

48. Public order violations are punishable under the Republic of Belarus' Code of Administrative Offenses.

CHAPTER 6
RIGHTS OF THE LIBRARY ADMINISTRATION

49. These Rules are subject to alteration and addition by the Library Administration.

50. To determine the kind and amount of compensation for harm caused by a Sauna Visitors in compliance with Republic of Belarus law.

51. Change the hours when the Sauna is open.

52. Do not let anyone into the Sauna who is intoxicated from alcohol, drugs, or harmful substances or who is under the effect of psychoactive intoxicants.

53. When someone breaks one of these rules, the permission to use the Sauna is revoked before the session is through, and there is no session fee reimbursement.

CHAPTER 7
DUTIES OF THE LIBRARY ADMINISTRATION

54. Inform Visitors of any modifications and additions to these Rules.

55. Respond to customer complaints quickly and correctly.

56. Notify the Visitors of the end of the session by internal phone 10 minutes before the session ends.

57. Accept the Sauna premises from the Visitors for property damage after the session has ended.

58. The administration is not liable for Visitors' valuables, papers, cash, cellphones, or other tangible property.

59. The administration is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by a violation of these Rules.

60. Keep missing property for no more than six months after discovery.
