Use paid service Electronic Document Delivery to order electronic copies of articles and other publications from our collections and databases.

You can download on your device free copies of full-text English e-books from the eBook Collection database (EBSCOhost). Phone: (+375 17) 293 27 34.

You can order bibliographic indexing of your publications with the use of the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC), the Library-Bibliographical Classification (BBK), the Code of State Categories Scientific and Technical Information (GRNTI) and author number. Online service is available.

Measuring the productivity of the publications of an author/organization: the service provides information about the publications of the author / organization and their relevance in the scientific environment (quoting) with the help of the Web of Science platform. How to submit my thesis/abstract to the library?

According to the current legislation, you must send printed and electronic copies of your paper to the National Library of Belarus no later than a month before the thesis defense.

How to submit the electronic copy of my paper to the library?

In accordance with the current legislation, after the VAK Council approval, an electronic copy of the dissertation is to be sent to the National Library of Belarus within 10 days. A copy of the paper is provided as single pdf file on optical media (CD-R, RW or DVD-R, RW discs + envelope for disc) to the Electronic Library Development Department.
