The National Library of Belarus carries on the series of anniversary book exhibitions dedicated to Russian and foreign writers.
During the year editions about life and creative career of outstanding masters of the word of different times and nations will be on display on the 3-rd floor in the circular corridor.
The second quarter expositions:
- “Celestial bird with an earthy fate”: to the 115th birth anniversary of French writer, philosopher and pilot Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (1900–1944);
- “The greatest poet of the Middle Ages”: to the 750th birth anniversary of Italian poet and thinker Dante Alighieri (1265-1321);
- “The great storyteller”: to the 210th birth anniversary of Danish poet and writer Hans Christian Andersen (1805–1875).
