On February 26th, the National Library of Belarus hosted a seminar-dialogue of participants of the corporate cataloging system (SKK).
Specialists of the National Library of Belarus, the Central Scientific Library named after Y. Kolas, the Republican Scientific and Technical Library and the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus summed up the work on the Union catalog SKK in 2013, drew up a plan for 2014 and discussed current issues.
Participants of the seminar also considered information on the fulfillment of tasks 21 and 23 of the State Program “The Culture of Belarus” and the results of work on the second edition of the National communicative formats Belmarc and Belmarc/Authorities.
