Other news

On Mother's Day in Belarus (October 14), a tour was held in the library for mothers of creative children attending art studios of the Zabolotsky rural house of culture, the Smolevichi district.

Parents who care about the aesthetic and intellectual development of their children, as well as take an active part in the social and cultural life of their district, got acquainted with interesting facts from the history of the National Library, its architecture, document delivery system, and visited the Book Museum.

At the end of the event, the guests went up to the observation deck, where they found a surprise: the twenty-second floor met the mothers with enchanting sounds of light jazz. In the photo zone, prepared specially for the holiday, student of the Belarusian State Academy of Music Sergey Rodionchik made a musical congratulation. The musician shared a good mood not only with the participants of the tour, but also with all visitors to the observation deck. The final chord was the delivery of flowers and souvenirs to the mothers.
