A meeting of experts dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Book Museum of the National Library of Belarus was held in the Room of Educational Technologies (room 346) on September 9 at 2 p.m.
The Book Museum is an important and vivid exhibition space of the National Library of Belarus. The exhibition features manuscripts, early printed books and rare editions that are an integral part of the national and world book heritage.
The official opening took place on September 1, 2006. The Museum has presented hundreds of interesting exhibition projects since the start. The team has done a lot of work and accumulated a hugely positive experience.
The role of the Book Museum in popularizing the Belarusian book culture, issues and and innovative approaches, and the prospects and trends of further development was discussed at the “Book Museum. 15th Anniversary" roundtable.
Employees of museums and libraries, scientific and educational institutions of the country attended the event.
