In December, the classes titled Book of Transformations took place in the Book Professors Club of the National Library of Belarus.
The opportunity to study the book heritage through the rich book collection of the National Library makes these classes unique. Children and their parents take an active part in the workshop. Participants get acquainted with library books surprising by their unusual forms and materials.
The book became the subject of visual perception and aesthetic experience, which has a great emotional effect and helps children to find uncommon solutions while creating their own "magic books".
The creative process allows you to consolidate the theoretical part of the class, look at the object at new angle and show individual abilities. The use of active and interactive methods arouses children’s interest to the books and contributes to the effective assimilation of the material.
