On April 17, the National Library of Belarus and the Belarusian Republican Collegium of Lawyers organized and held a free educational meeting with a lawyer. The topic was “The gardening associations and country sites”.
Irina Nesterovich, the practicing lawyer of the Minsk Regional Bar Association, read a public lecture.
The meeting discussed the legal issues related to the foundation, registration, reorganization and liquidation of a horticultural society; resolution of disputes in the gardening association; rules of placing buildings and vegetation in summer cottages. The attendees receive competent and detailed answers to many questions.
As part of the event, a thematic exhibition of publications from the collections of the National Library of Belarus ran in Legal Information reading room (207b).
