On 15 September, at the National Library of Belarus in the Children room carried out the festive event “A tangle” devoted to the Library Day.
During the event children made a magical journey in the world of famous tales written by great children’s writer Korney Chukovsky. Young participants took part with pleasure in competitions "Recognize a tail by its extract", "Continue a line" in which they show their knowledge of fairy-tales.
The meeting with modern children’s writer Andrey Smetanin was a bright culmination to young visitors. Children heard humorous poems in author’s performance, enjoyed guessing of interesting riddles, and they also took part in the competition of pictures which are based on the poem "Barbariska".
The event ended with the rewarding of memorable gifts.
