Minsk on Your Palm: a thematic tour

The excursion (45 minutes length) includes general acquaintance with the Library (a visit to the art gallery and the Book Museum are not included) and the ascent to the Observation Deck where visitors can admire the panorama of Minsk at a height of more than 73 meters. Filming and photography are allowed.
