Location

The National Library of Belarus and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus have opened the new season of interactive public  lectures “Belarusian Music in the World's Art.”

On Christmas Eve, we will talk about the features of the celebration of the winter solstice in the south-western part of Belarus, in particular, in Brest and Pinsk regions. You will learn more about the interweaving of pre-Christian and Christian songs and get acquainted with photos and videos of Christmas rites.
