The National Library hosts the exposition “150 exhibitions in the poster” timed to the 10th anniversary of the new building.

The new building has allowed the library to not only place its huge collection, but also provide the beautiful galleries and exhibition spaces, giving an opportunity to present contemporary art projects. For 10 years, the library has hosted about 2000 book exhibitions and more than 200 art projects, including “Colorfest”, “Terra Nova”, “Art-Line", "Landscape Festival", "Art-Krok", "Flower Paradise". The most striking artistic projects were organized under the supervision of Fyodor Yastreb, (2006–2013), the artist, gallerist and art critic.

The exhibition presents about 50 posters of the most significant art projects and about 100 posters to large-scale and original book exhibitions. All the posters are made by professional designers with a personal touch. The works reveal the themes of projects, reflect the mood and style of the exhibition and, of course, represent a certain artistic value as examples of poster art. The font, color, background, decorative elements, a combination of textual and visual information – everything is made to intrigue the viewer, to convince them that the exhibition is certainly worth to be visited.

The exposition runs in the gallery “Atrium” (3rd floor).
