A subject book exhibition "Advanced technologies – the guarantee of national economy and effectual power safety” runs at reading room 106 from 4 May to 30 May.
Great attention is paid in Belarus to the questions of power safety. The level of national power supply determines the reliability and the efficiency of all sectors of economy, and finally, the well-being of all citizens. The solution of this problem is impossible without use of human intellectual potential and the newest achievements of science and technology.
Modernization of the actual power system, use of renewable energy sources, reduction of GDP power consumption, development of atomic energetics are the major factors of national power safety. A number of specialized magazines, such as “Power Strategy”, “Leading Power Engineering Specialist”, “Energy and Management”, “Power and Thermal Power Station” reveal the prospects of power industry.
The magazines “Industrial Safety”, “Power Efficiency”, “Electricity”, “Ecology”, “Our Agriculture”, "Director" and others cover the urgent issues of traditional, alternative and renewable energy sources.
