The International Summit on the topic "Social Entrepreneurship – European Challenge" took place in the Library on January 25.
The Summit was organized by the educational institution "Private Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship" with the private educational institution "Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute" (Finstadjordet, Norway).
The event attracted attention of representatives of science, education and social spheres of Belarus, Ukraine and Norway.
Participants of the Summit got acquainted with the theory and practice of social entrepreneurship in European countries and the CIS, discussed the experience of social organizations’ activities, including libraries in Belarus, opportunities of introduction of innovational technologies in scientific and educational and social spheres.
The employee of the National Library of Belarus Viačaslaǔ Bryčkoǔski delivered the report "The initiative of the open access as an innovational model of scientific communication".
This Summit will strengthen the scientific potential and spread the leading international experience in the sphere of social entrepreneurship and raise social project management effectiveness.
