On September 23, a creative lesson "Sunflower" was held in the children's room, where children made autumn crafts in the technique of "grattage".

With the help of wax crayons, children painted a circle cut out of a sheet of paper – the core of a sunflower. Black gouache was applied over the coloured wax and a checkered pattern was drawn with a skewer. The prepared flower core, paper petals painted with watercolor, green grass and a fence made of wooden sticks were glued to the cardboard base, combining the details into a beautiful composition.

During the game “Sunflower”, the young participants learned how the sunflower "admires" the sun and turns after it.
