The International Sons' Day is celebrated annually on November 22.
On this Day, it is customary to say words of gratitude to sons for their successes, to express hope for their new achievements. Such words should be a support for masculinity throughout the child's life path, which he remains for parents even after becoming a man.
It was on this day that the Minsk City Cadet School hosted the presentation of membership cards of the Belarusian Union of Suvorov and Cadets.
The chairman of the Pervomaisky NPA "Belarusian Union of Women" Ekaterina Petrutskaya and representatives of the primary organization of the National Library of Belarus also congratulated the cadets on the Sons' Day, wished them to become real and strong defenders of our Fatherland and handed them some souvenirs.
The cadets were invited to the National Library of Belarus to visit the book and documentary exhibition "Dawn of Liberation is Breaking Over Belarus" from the cycle dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the country from the Nazi invaders, and the book and illustrative exhibition "105 years of the Komsomol and 60 years of the Belarusian student detachments".
