On November 29th, the director of the National Library of Belarus was awarded Diploma of the CIS Executive Committee for his personal contribution to the organization and success of the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government.
The event took place on 28 October, 2016, in the National Library of Belarus.
The Diploma was handed by the Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee and the Executive Secretary Viktor Guminsky.
