On November 15, 2007 Tair Mansurov, the Secretary General of the Eurasian Economic Community visited the National Library of Belarus. During the excursion to the Library the high-ranked guest was acquainted with the history, resources and potential of the National Library of Belarus as the information, social and cultural centre of Belarus.
