This fall, several theatres have opened the jubilee seasons. One of the oldest Belarusian theaters, the National Academic Theater named after Yanka Kupala, will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year. In fact, the theater started to meet the audience earlier than this date, so today you can read on its website: “100th Season.”
The Brest Academic Drama Theater and the Mogilev Regional Drama and Comedy Theater named after Dunin-Martsinkevich have started the 75th season. The Gomel Regional Drama Theater also marks a round date (80th anniversary). You will find more information about theatrical festivals here.
