On January 23rd, at 4 p.m. at the gallery “Labyrinth” there takes place the closing ceremony of IV Minsk international digital art festival “Terra Nova”.


The festival “Terra Nova” is held with the purpose of promotion of new technologies used in the fine arts, development of computer graphics and multimedia-arts in Belarus, activation of creative contacts between artists of different countries, and attraction of new generation of authors to art creation. “Terra Nova” is a convenient experimental field where new existential senses of creativity can manifest.

The competent jury will declare the results of the contest held during the festival. The works of art were examined in nominations: “Digital photo”, “Computer graphics”, “Video art”, “Music video”, “Animation”, “Advertising trailer”, “Short meter”.

The Grand Prix is awarded to photo artist Vadim Kachan for the series “Parallel Worlds” in nomination “Digital photo”.

Representatives from Estonia and Belarus are among the winners of the festival. The young talents from different educational institutions of Minsk will get honorable badges and special diplomas for their works.
