The National Library of Belarus hosts dialogue platform "With the Young People on an Equal Footing" on June 20th. Experts on post-graduate self-education of young people, representatives of institutions and organizations told students about the open vacancies and shared information about the distribution after graduation.
General Director of the Library Aksana Knizhnikava made a presentation on the main library of the country, its information resources, socio-cultural activities and the potential for self-education and work of young professionals.
The event was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Artem Tsuran, Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Moscow City Executive Committee Olga Chemodanova, Representative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Belarus, young professionals and graduates of higher and professional education institutions.
A thematic exhibition-fair of large enterprises of Minsk was presented to the attention of graduates. The event participants were also given a tour of the "diamond of knowledge", where the guests got acquainted with the architecture and artistic design of the building, learned more about the century-old history of the National Library, visited the Book Museum, went up to the Observation Deck and admired Minsk from the bird's-eye view.
