On June 16–23, the series of webinars “Electronic Information Resources of Publishers to Serve Public Library Users” was held at the virtual site of the National Library of Belarus. 

Specialists of the NLB Information Center conducted distance learning for employees of regional libraries, city and district central library systems working in a network of regional consolidated electronic catalogues. The event demonstrated the capabilities of integrated search in electronic information resources in regional consolidated electronic catalogues of libraries in the Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk and Mogilev regions; an overview of licensed electronic resources for information and library services for users of public libraries available through the Virtual Reading Room of the NLB was presented.

More than 290 specialists from 43 libraries took part in webinars. There were specialists from Brest, Kobrin, Malorita, Zhabinka, Ivatsevichi, Baranovichi, Vitebsk, Novopolotsk, Lepel, Chashniki, Orsha, Gomel, Svetlogorsk, Zhitkovichi, Mozyr, Rogachev, Loev, Zhlobin, Grodno, Lida, Ostrovets, Ivye, Volkovysk, Oshmyany, Novogrudok, Schuchin, Minsk, Borisov, Molodechno, Slutsk, Saligorsk, Mogilev, Chausy, Klimovichi, Shklov, Bykhov.

The Belarusian Notary Chamber and the National Library of Belarus: keeping history together
