Dispatching Department

Activities

The department is in charge of a well coordinated functioning of the Library’s engineering complex and performs operating management, control and maintenance of the Library’s engineering.

Functions:

• routine monitoring of the Library’s engineering;
• emergency situations and engineering failure elimination;
• cooperation with energy-saving and emergency services of the city;
• dispatcher meetings and consultations concerning engineering maintenance service;
• operation of the Library’s engineering monitoring.
