On October 24, in the Labyrinth gallery (3rd floor), the opening of the exhibition "Adtuliny-adsuliny" ("From there-from here") was held, organized jointly with the Belarusian Union of Artists and introduces modern Belarusian insit art.
The exhibition features works by Belarusian artists Yuri Petkevich and Irina Knyazeva made in painting, graphics, and decorative art.
Yuri Petkevich, an artist, poet, writer, widely known in Belarus and abroad, offers viewers unique combinations of fine and literary art, examples of the elite direction of book art – "Artist's books" (Livre d'artiste), made in graphics and painting.
The creativity of Irina Knyazeva, a senior researcher at the State Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature, an exhibition participant and an inspired creator, is represented by her illustrations for the publications of the Belarusian children's writer Tatiana Dashkevich "Clouds for Mila", "Where is dog Meli running?"and "It is never too early to grow up, or one incredible day in the life of an ordinary boy". Funny, direct works will take you into the dynamic space of children's games, discoveries and searches.
The exhibition will work until December 18, 2023.
