On January 17, the Panorama gallery (22nd floor) hosted the opening of BELTA's unique photo exhibition "Parallel worlds".
The basis of the photo exhibition will be archival footage that reflects the history of the last decades of the sovereign Republic of Belarus and shows that parallel worlds can exist simultaneously.
There is a world of creation and development. A world in which traditional values are preserved, children are raised, bread is harvested, they know what a hard job is, what a work shift at the machine is. A world in which those who died in the Great Patriotic War are honoured. A world that creates a sovereign Belarus.
And there is a world of slogans, denial, performances and posters… The world of the Belarusian opposition. The world that does not create anything, only demands. The world that is turning to violence and threats.
From January 17 to 21, the observation deck of the National Library of Belarus will be open for free access. This is a great opportunity for everyone to get acquainted with the photo exhibition and enjoy the scenery of the winter capital.
The photo exhibition "Parallel Worlds" will run from January 17 to January 21, 2024.
The mode of operation of the exhibition corresponds to the mode of operation of the observation deck.
The material was provided by the Public Relations Department.
