On November 14th, a seminar “Electronic information resources and services of leading foreign publishers and aggregators” was held at the National Library of Belarus.
The seminar program included presentations of databases “BiblioRossika”, “Legislation of the CIS member countries”, SAGE Publications, Springer, Oxford; there took place a presentation of the database PressDisplay which contains electronic editions of world-known newspapers and journals; participants of the seminar also became acquainted with services of EBSCO Discovery Service.
The event gathered more than 60 participants: university professors, specialists of Belarusian libraries and other institutions interested in the improvement of information user service.
