Location

The thematic book exhibition timed to the Victory Day is held in the Interlibrary Loan and Delivery of Documents department (room.164) from 7 to 18 May.

The Victory Day is a great holiday, it will always be the most memorable and unforgettable event in the history of our country, because the Great Victory was given to us at a very high price.

Each Belarusian family had been touched by the Great Patriotic War. 3 million of Belarusians, a third of the pre-war population of our country, this is the price that Belarus paid. Fathers, brothers, sons did not return, their mothers, wives, children were killed...

Since that time, several generations have changed, veterans inexorably leave us... There are almost no witnesses of those events. But the memory of them, our heroes and victors, will live forever.
