Use of fireworks in premises

Inside premises, it is authorized to use fireworks which do not produce a lot of products of combustion, do not make much noise and do not scatter fragments. Bengalese candles (except for color ones), crackers, desktop fireworks and some kinds of fountains are acceptable.

It is forbidden to launch fireworks from windows, balconies and near to houses since they can fall into premises through windows and window leaves and ignite property or inflammable substances (paper, gasoline, etc.) left on balconies.
