From 2 February to 17 April, a book-illustrative exhibition "Great talent, great work, great heart" runs at the National Library of Belarus (2nd floor, circular hall)
5 awards of the President of the Republic of Belarus "For Spiritual Revival" and 9 Special Prizes of the President of the Republic of Belarus of cultural and art workers were given by the decision of the Head of the State according to the results for 2011. The relevant Decrees № 5, 6 were signed by A. Lukashenko on 5 January, 2012.
These Prizes are awarded for outstanding works of literature and art, active work in the humanitarian field, aimed at developing and improving spiritual values.
It became a good tradition to celebrate the laureates of honourable awards at the National Library of Belarus each year. The book-illustrative exhibition "Great talent, great work, great heart" is solemnly opened at the time of the literary and creative meetings with them.
The exposition includes materials from collections of the National Library of Belarus and is dedicated to the winners who glorify our country by their art and fruitful work. The exhibition includes books, visual materials (posters, photos), periodicals and electronic editions.
