On November 23 at 11 a.m. at the Book Museum of the National Library of Belarus takes place the opening of an exhibition of miniature books from the collection of Azerbaijan Museum of Miniature Books “The outstanding politicians of the world”.
The exhibition is a joint project of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Azerbaijan and the National Library of Belarus.
Visitors will see exhibits from the private Museum of Miniature Books in Baku (Azerbaijan) founded by Zarifa Salakhova.
Around 70 editions from the Museum’s collection dedicated to the outstanding politicians of the world will be displayed at the exhibition. A miniature edition about the visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus A.G. Lukashenko to Azerbaijan on June 2–4, 2010 is part of the exhibition as well.
Exhibitions of miniature books from Zarifa Salakhova’s collection ran in Kabul, Moscow, Kiev, Sydney, Ankara, Paris and London.
The exhibition runs up to November 25.
