On April 17, on the basis of the Berezinsky central district library, a regional seminar "Library local lore: in search of new forms and ideas" was held.
The issues of local history activity of libraries, innovative forms of work, methods of promotion and popularization of created resources were discussed.
The seminar was attended by Olga Kakshinskaya, chief librarian of the library's research department, with a report "Republican competition "Library–environment of national culture" organizational and methodological aspect", Tatyana Lagosh, head of the sector of the library's research department, with a report "Belarus remembers and is proud: to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus".
The seminar program, in addition to the scientific part, included a guided tour of the agro-town of Bogushevichi, a visit to the Poplavskaya rural integrated library and the Berezinsky district crafts center.
