On December 3rd, a delegation of Kaliningrad Region led by Governor Nicolay Tsukanov visited the National Library of Belarus.
Director Roman Motulsky welcomed the guests at the National Library of Belarus. The visitors made an excursion to the Library and acquainted themselves with its activity, architectural features, equipment, information resources and interior design.
In the Book Museum the distinguished guests saw a collection of rare editions. Governor of Kaliningrad Region Nicolay Tsukanov wrote a memorable entry to the Guests of Honor Book.
