On July 6, within the framework of the Days of Ukrainian Culture in Belarus, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, Rostislav Karandeyev, visited the National Library of Belarus.
The guest of honor made an introductory tour to the Belarusian “book treasury”, during which he got acquainted with its history, visited the most important places and estimated the potential of the library as the largest socio-cultural center of the country.
Minister Rostislav Karandeyev also visited the library’s observation tower, which gives a panoramic view of Minsk, and got acquainted with the collection of primers at the Book Museum.
At the end of the meeting, the guest received a memorable gift.
