The ABC-book on financial literacy for children, written by Vladimir Lipsky, was presented in the National Library, on 29 November.
The series of “financial” fairytales started on the pages of Vyasyolka Magazine, two years ago. Young readers liked them so much that the author decided to gather the fascinating instructive tales under one cover. The board of Belarusbank supported this creative initiative. In that way, a financial encyclopedia for children appeared. The book helps kids to understand complex financial terms and teaches how to use money and develop the habit of thrift.
During the presentation, the young guests enjoyed the puppet theater, children’s fashion show, creative performances and an interactive game, which was conducted by the talented playwright, Vasily Dranko-Maisyuk.
At the event’s end, the most active participants received gifts from Belarusbank, and the ABC-book on financial literacy was donated to the National Library.
