The Virtual Reading Room of the National Library of Belarus offers test access to the database “POLPRED”.
The full text database is based on press analyses and reviews presented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economics and Development of the Russian Federation, Russian news agencies, the major mass-media and specialized editions. The database “POLPRED” also comprises foreign and national reference resources on logistics, customs business, commercial law, taxes, education, mass-media, tourism, cultural heritage, migrations, etc. The information is classified by branch and regional collections.
Besides, the database contains address-reference information on 150 000 officials and businessmen in Russia and abroad.
The access is available through the Virtual Reading Room of the National Library of Belarus for organizations that have confirmed their participation in the testing of the resource.
The database “POLPRED” is available till July 01th, 2010.
