From May 13th at the National Library of Belarus is taking place the international scientific-practical conference “Theoretical and practical aspects concerning the individual constitutional compliant within the European model of constitutional justice”.
The event has been prepared by the European Commission for Democracy through Law (the Venetian Commission of the Council of Europe) and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.
Within the framework of the conference there were discussions during which participants considered the issues of civil access to the constitutional justice and studied the peculiarities of the European constitutional legal procedure. Belarusian participants informed their colleagues on civil access to the constitutional justice in the Republic of Belarus.
Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, European experts, heads and representatives of state structures of the Republic of Belarus and leading scientists in the field of constitutional law took part in the event.
The conference finishes its work on May 14th, 2010.
