On January 31, 2024, the National Library of Belarus hosted a seminar for the ideological asset of Minsk "Belarus on the eve of elections: the party dimension".
The speakers were Andrey Kazakevich, First Deputy Head of the Main Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee, Vadzim Hihin, Chairman of the Board of the Russian State Educational Institution "Znanie", Oleg Romanov, Chairman of the Belaya Rus Party, Oleg Gaidukevich, Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party, Alexander Sokol, Chairman of the Communist Party of Belarus, Alexander Khizhnyak, Chairman of the Republican Party of Labor and Justice.
