On May 28, 2009, a delegation of the Council of State of Sultanate Oman headed by chairman Yahya bin Mahgoudh Al Mantheri visited National Library of Belarus.
Director of National Library of Belarus Roman Motulsky welcomed the guests. Members of the delegation got acquainted with activities of the Library as an informational, social and cultural center of the Republic of Belarus, user service, reading rooms, architecture and interior design. In the Museum of a Book Mr. Yahya bin Mahgoudh Al Mantheri wrote an entry to the Guests’ of Honor Book.
At the end of the Library tour the guests visited the Observation platform and admired the panorama of Minsk.
