The class “Interesting to read” by the book of Svetlana Bykova “Good stories” was held in the Children’s room on July 16th.

Kids listened to fairytale stories about surprising adventures of a sundog, a pink cloudlet and other characters who are ready to come for help to those who are in trouble.

The children painted their loved characters, named fairytale words in the game “Tell good words” and listened to funny and insightful songs and verses about goodness.

A new project of the National Library of Belarus is dedicated to the Great Patriotic War – "Reading newspaper lines with your heart. On the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders."

From May 6 to July 5, the Reference and Information Service reading room (room 257) hosts the book exhibition "Belarus Unconquered", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders.
