On April 21st, 2008, within the framework of the 15th the International Forum on Telecommunications, Information and Banking Technologies “TIBO-2008” in National Library of Belarus took place a plenary session of the International Congress for Informational Society Technologies organized by a closed joint-stock company “Technology and Communications”.
In the Congress participated: heads and experts of the Republic of Belarus Ministries, Doctor Hamadun Ture, the Secretary General of the International Union for Telecommunications, and others.
