Since January 1st, 2014, the database of the National Library of Belarus “The electronic archive of national periodicals” has been added to with 19 new periodicals (14 journals and 5 newspapers).
Among them there are periodicals listed in the “Register of scientific editions of the Republic of Belarus for publishing dissertation research papers”: The Bulletin of Grodno State University named after Y. Kupala (series 1–6), Scientific Notations of Brest University named after A.S. Pushkin, Engineering Industry, Questions of Physics, Mathematics and Technology, Juridical Bulletin with a supplement Juridical Bulletin: economic justice, Theoretical and Applied Mechanics.
Also the archive is updated with a city social and political newspaper Zhodinskiya naviny, a weekly newspaper of the Belarusian Republican Union of Cooperative Societies Consumer’s Cooperation News, a republican weekly newspaper Together!, Republican Building Newspaper etc.
Users have access to 390 titles of electronic copies of national periodicals (74 newspapers, 304 magazines and 12 newslines).
Access to documents stored in the Electronic archive of national periodicals is provided by contract basis only through the local network of the National Library of Belarus from all user workbenches.
