The publications that tell about the work, outlook and life of Jack London are of a particular interest.

The monograph by I. Lukina Art world of Jack London (2009) proposes a new look at the writer’s art of the period 1900–1916 in the context of understanding of the problem of "man – nature – civilization". His art world is represented in the book as a dynamic artistic integrity.

Kingman Race’s An Illustrated Life of Jack London (1998), where the well-known American expert of London talks about difficult family conflicts, travels and circumstances of the death of London, is particularly interesting. The author, who bases on primary sources, comprehensively describes the talent of the classicist of the American literature, denies speculations of biographers.

The exhibition will be interesting to a wide audience.
