On March 5, the “Rakurs” gallery of the National Library of Belarus opened "Palette of spring".
“Palette of spring” is a traditional congratulatory exhibition of the National Library of Belarus, dedicated to Women's Day and designed to remind about the imminent awakening of nature.
The exhibition features the colours of spring, its entire spectrum, its palette. Bouquets, floral arrangements, female images, spring abstraction, made in paintings, watercolors and graphics by modern Belarusian authors, members of the Belarusian Union of Artists, the Eurasian Art Community, the Aquavir art Studio, laureates of competitions, award holders, teachers, regular authors, participants of the first spring exhibitions of the Flower Paradise Library and young artists.
Exquisite, delicate watercolor bouquets by Viktor Danilov, Tatyana Matusevich, Olga Karol-Zakrevskaya and Irina Donskoy bring bright colors and the aroma of a spring flower into the daily life of gallery visitors. The composition of Natalia Navrotskaya's festive eights and Elizabeth Pastushenko's cheerful March cats add variety to the shades of spring bloom. Subtle female images made in monotype by Marina Ehrenburg, in paintings by Julia Neveyko, Alexandra Parmon, Irina Yasyukoit-Dudareva and Marina Konovalova are full of hope, foreboding, charm and tenderness. The bright, shining, decorative bouquet of Valentina Ivankova, the juicy breath of spring by Natalia Linkova, the silence and peace of a warm day in the works of Tatyana Tsareva, Ekaterina Vishnevskaya, Natalia Kaminskaya represent spring, which blooms more confidently every day. Classic spring still lifes by Marina Tripolko, Sergei Tigorev, gorgeous floral compositions by Ekaterina Poplavskaya, Natalia Shapovalova give fireworks of emotions and a sea of hopes. The most demanding colorist will not be left indifferent by the spring masterpieces of Julia Matsuri, Sofia Piskun, Natalia Gedranovich and Irina Khozimskaya frozen in painting. Amazing and magical moments of spring, noticed and captured by Alla Keige, Vladimir Dovgyallo, Georgy Mikheychik and Natalia Marchenko.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by Deputy Director General of the National Library of Belarus Lyudmila Vysotskaya, chairman of the section of the Belarusian Union of Artists "September“, art critic Marina Ehrenburg, member of the International Guild of Painters, regional public organization "Creative Community Eurasian Art Union”(Moscow) Viktor Danilov, Head of the Information and Educational Center” Russian Museum: virtual branch“, cultural specialist of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Belarus, head of the art studio “The Sun” of the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Minsk Alla Keige.
Delicate and harmonious, radiant and juicy, distinctive and extraordinary bouquets hypnotize, impress, delight. Tulips, lilacs, peonies, irises, violets, jasmine, cherry blossoms and apple trees, country bouquets make it possible to get carried away with the rapid awakening of nature in the interpretation of sensitive and talented artists. Fresh breeze, greenery, sunlight fill with energy and inspiration, delight.
The colourful palette of spring embodies flowering, congratulates the visitors of the gallery, wishes happiness and beauty.
The exhibition will be on display until April 15, 2024
