The library hosted a festive concert "Hot Breath Spring" for women in the Pervomaisky District on the 4th of March.

The concert program included thematic numbers and performances by famous artists and talented singers of the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus.

Among them are People's Artist of Belarus, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus Nina Sharubina, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Elena Salo, laureates of international competitions Elena Tabolich, Dmitry Shabetya, Marta Danusevich, Dmitry Kapilov, winner of the Francisk Skorina medal Anna Fokina, ballet soloist Even Kapiten and others performers.

The festive program timed to coincide with the springiest holiday, Women's Day, gave the audience warm smiles and a good mood.

On May 5, the 205th anniversary of the birth of Stanislaw Moniuszko (1819–1872), the world-famous composer and conductor, our countryman, who made a significant contribution to the formation of Belarusian musical culture, is celebrated. By this date, the National Library of Belarus has updated the already existing virtual project "Stanislaw Moniuszko. Musical romantic from Minsk region", created five years ago, and now replenished with new unique materials.
