National Library of Belarus offers a new service: a visit to the Observation platform including the use of a panorama binocular.

The panorama binocular DigiFox DFC 30х80 with magnification of 30 times has a large resolution and broad visual angle. It brings distant objects 30 times closer and provides an amazing view. To use the binocular drop a token into the slot.

The service is unique in the Republic of Belarus.

The service includes lifting on the panorama elevator, visit to the closed and open observation platforms (1 hour) and use of the panorama binocular (3 minutes). Photography and filming are allowed. The service costs 5 000 BYR. Regular excursions of the Library don’t include a visit to the Observation platform.

Thanks to a good landscape location, National Library of Belarus that has become a “visiting card” of the capital is an attractive tourist object. A marvelous panorama of Minsk and the suburb at a height of over 70 meters is very impressive in any season. During holidays visitors can ascend the Observation platform to admire fireworks.

To get to the Observation platform visitors use a panorama elevator produced by the Finnish company KONE. It has a transparent prism wall made of glass that gives an impression of a fly while lifting.

Visitors can visit both the open observation platform on the 23rd floor and the closed observation platform on the 22nd floor where an art gallery and a cozy café are located.

Thus National Library of Belarus is an attractive place for family leisure and excursions. Here you will gain a vivid, unforgettable impression.
