The literary and artistic exhibition “Golden autographs in heaven” opens on October 18, at 16.00 in the gallery “Labyrinth”.
Gold-plated Kolas and Mayakovsky, "leather" Angels and clockworks... The exhibition "two in one" will introduce visitors to the works of authors united by a special attitude toward the Book as a timeless source of true spiritual values.
The exhibition "Golden autographs" includes portraits of poets, writers and artists in the technique of "gold leaf on black plexiglass." 26 works of art are on display, including easily recognizable images of Pushkin and Bulgakov, the beloved trinity – Vitsin, Morgunov and Nikulin, as well as the legendary actress of Soviet cinema Nonna Mordyukova.
The author of works is a young Italian artist of Belarusian origin Vitaly Odintsov known in artistic circles under the pseudonym Emmanuel Hendrix. Vitaly has developed a technique for creating portraits of gold, which is plastic, textured, rich and, by the way, very expensive material.
The author of the second exposition with the romantic name "Autographs in heaven" is a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists and the Union of Writers of Belarus, deputy director of the Gomel Regional Universal Library named after V.I. Lenin Oleg Ananiev. Twelve original compositions, the basic material of which is the skin, adjust the viewer to dialogue with the heavens. In all the works appear images of the Angels, the Book and the Time, in which the author's poetic verses are inscribed.
Representing Italy and Belarus, both artists are turning to the literary heritage of the Slavs, each in their own way to create a gallery of images.
