On 25 September, at 5 p.m., the opening of Vitaly Rakovich’s photo exhibition "The Colored Belarus" will be held in the gallery "Rakurs" (2nd floor).
The author works in the style of neo photography where a photo from a camera is the only first base in the creation of a finished work of art. However, Vitaly Rakovich’s works presented at the exhibition "The Colored Belarus" are made in a technique that is not peculiar to the author. At this time the photo artist decided to work with paints and experiment with the mood and emotions of viewers. The exhibition will feature about 40 photos of Vitaly Rakovich.
The photo artist Vitaly Rakovich has more than thirty solo exhibitions. His photos are kept in the collections of the National Library of Belarus, the Maxim Bogdanovich’s Literary Museum, the House of Belarus in Warsaw and the House of Belarus in Moscow, the Museum of Modern Fine Art in Minsk, as well as in private collections in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Abkhazia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany United States and Israel.
The exhibition "The Colored Belarus" works till 11 November, 2014.
